What sets SCALE conferences apart?
SCALE events are strictly for short-term rental owners, hosts, managers and agencies. Service providers are not permitted to purchase tickets.
The SCALE team curates content around topics chosen by attendees during registration meaning all presentations and panel discussions are more relevant to attendees.
Education is at the heart of all SCALE Shows. Speakers are strictly not permitted to pitch services on stage meaning more engaging sessions.
Can I attend virtually?
Sorry, no.
SCALE South Africa is a live in-person event only.
I bought a ticket but I cannot participate. Can i get a refund?
In line with SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policies, refunds are permitted within 7 days of ticket purchase.
If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a colleague, as this is the sole responsibility of the original ticket holder.
I bought a full price ticket, and recently I got a discount code/free ticket. Can I have a partial/total reimbursement?
Following SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policy, no refunds will be given.
In general, discount codes and free passes do not have a retroactive effect, so it is not possible to obtain a refund (partial or total) in such circumstances.
